Obsolescence is one of the biggest problems in the current industry. Finding solutions or fixing problems is increasingly complicated. Consequently, this company decided to update technologically its machine thermoformed.
As a project and commercial engineer, I was in charge of dimensioning the automation, electrical, and servomotors systems. Additionally, managed the activities' schedule, planned, coordinated the outsourcer, and supervised the whole project execution.
