Companies most of the time are improving their products or creating new ones. This project implicated changing a pneumatic system for an automatic system to allow the creation of a smaller washing machine reference and start up the production in only two weeks.
As a project and commercial engineer, I was in charge of dimensioning the new equipment, planning, coordinating the execution, and supervising my coworkers and outsourcer performance to inform the advance day by day to stakeholders.
Servomotors System
Changing the pneumatic system for an automated system composed of seven servo motors and their position sensors.
Control and Electrical System
Merge the current control system with the new servo motors to synchronize the sequence, and start up the entire process.
Production System
With the engineering development in the project, the machine can make not only a new reference, but they are also allowed to make different kinds of washing machine sizes.
